A consultation appointment is necessary before starting treatment to identify the nature of the problem and discuss the options for treatment. The cost of the consultation is $125.00.
The treatment cost can range from $500.00 to $1800.00. Usually molar teeth (back teeth) are more complex than anterior teeth and the cost is higher due to this. Molar teeth are usually in the range of $1400.00 to $1800.00. Treatment for anterior teeth are usually less as is management of trauma or extraction following investigation.
ACC will pay for some of the cost of treatment in accident related cases and the receptionist can help to identify how much they will pay for a certain case. Helath insurance usually does not pay specially for this specialist dental treatment.
